Building External Android Kernel Modules with Bazel, Kleaf and the DDK
Qualcomm Innovation Center reports migrating its Android kernel and external-module build processes from Make-based scripts to Bazel and Kleaf.
The author says Qualcomm Innovation Center moved all kernel build processes to Kleaf and now uses Bazel build definitions for kernel and vendor modules.

Add Bazel rules to compile msm_kgsl.ko
Qualcomm Linux added Bazel and Kleaf rules to compile its KGSL Adreno GPU kernel driver, with commits authored and reviewed through Qualcomm domains.
The first-party commit adds BUILD.bazel and a Kleaf ddk_module definition for Qualcomm's KGSL and Adreno GPU kernel driver.
